Our farm grows organic, non-GMO microgreens in organic soil and BPA-free grow trays. The greens, clean from seed to table, are watered with UV-treated well water. 

None of our products are treated with pesticides. All packaging is biodegradable and 100% plant - you could eat it!

Scientific studies show microgreens have 4-40x the nutrients of a typical grown plant. The high number of antioxidants in microgreens such as polyphenols and lutein can regulate blood sugar, improve insulin resistance, strengthen the nervous system, reduce cholesterol levels, strengthen eyesight, and provide sources of iron. ₁
